We are seeking candidates to join our team as a skilled laborer within the residential construction and remodeling fields. Experience in multiple trades a plus. This is a W2 role (no benefits). Serving the Lake Norman and Charlotte area. 30-40+ hours per week. Pay depends on experience. Opportunity for quarterly bonuses.
What you'll do:
- Assist various residential construction and remodeling projects, including but not limited to Kitchen, Bath, Deck, Addition, Whole house Renovations. You'll also be handling punch list and handyman services as time allows
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

-Be dependable and accountable for your work
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in construction trades (Framing, cabinetry, demo, basic electrical, plumbing, decking, trim carpentry, paint, drywall, etc)
- Own Tools a plus (the basics)
- Driver license and reliable transportation
- Ability to handle physical workload (remodeling, demo, construction)
- Strong work ethic
- English speaking
- Able to pass background check
- Dependable (show up on time consistently)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, take direction and provide it as well as feedback.
- Handle multiple tasks at multiple job sites
- Attention to details and takes pride in work
- Able to lift 50lbs and carry construction materials as needed
