In this position, you’ll be doing:
- daily communication between customers and service technicians
- schedule appointments with customers
- take and distribute accurate messages
- fax, scan and copy documents
- maintain office filing and storage systems
- update and maintain databases
- preparing/managing proposals, reports and correspondence
- keep office area clean and tidy
What to bring
- proficient in all Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel and Word
- work management and prioritizing skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- high level customer service with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities
- problem solving ability
- attention to detail with notes on calls and work orders

This position is FULL TIME
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
