Los Milics Vineyards is seeking warm, professional, and service-driven Servers to join our team at our Elgin tasting room and restaurant.
Our Elgin location offers a unique hospitality experience surrounded by the vineyard, where wine, food, and thoughtful service come together. We are looking for team members who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and who are excited to represent Arizona wine with care and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Wine knowledge is a plus, but a genuine interest in learning and sharing our wines with guests is just as important.
Responsibilities Include
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
Providing attentive table service in the tasting room and restaurant
Guiding guests through wine tastings, food offerings, and bottle purchases
Supporting wine club sign-ups and guest education
Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming service areas
Working closely with kitchen, tasting room, and leadership teams
Following all service, safety, and alcohol compliance standards
Qualifications
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and guest service skills
Interest in wine, food, and hospitality
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and busy service periods
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Must meet Arizona alcohol service requirements
