<Duties>
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and motivation for change.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies, ensuring client safety and stabilization.
- Facilitate case management activities, including patient care coordination, intake procedures, and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated behavioral health services across various settings such as hospitals, community clinics, or home-based care.
