Flywheel Centers is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team!
This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys a collaborative environment, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on quality care without the burnout of excessive admin work.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinic-based ABA services to clients
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification
- Passion for quality, ethical ABA services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred, but not required
