AT&T Sales Team Lead
Teranga Management Group in East Berlin, CT is hiring an AT&T Sales Team Lead to help drive our retail sales team.
The Role:
Split your time between closing your own sales and helping the team hit theirs. You'll set the tone on the floor and help others grow.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with customers and find the right AT&T solutions for their needs
- Sell wireless, devices, and home internet through activations, upgrades, and bundles
- Hit personal sales goals and support overall team performance
- Coach teammates on sales technique, product knowledge, and customer service
- Process transactions and stay current on promos and pricing
- Help train new hires and support daily store operations

- Have a track record of hitting sales targets
- Have some leadership or mentoring experience — or are ready to grow into it
- Communicate clearly and think on your feet
- Are coachable and open to feedback
- Can work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
- Can stand for full shifts in a retail setting

- Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
- Pay Structure: Commission-based. Starting pay is $58,000/year
- Focus: Exclusive AT&T product and service representation
- Location: East Berlin, CT, with in-person sales in the surrounding area
Pay Range: $58,000.00–$90,000.00 per year
