About The Movement Dance Experience
The Movement Dance Experience is a fast-growing, dance studio serving dancers and families in Las Vegas. We are known for our welcoming environment, strong systems, and exceptional customer experience. Every family who walks through our doors should feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and people-focused professional to serve as our Front Desk & Sales Associate, also known internally as our Dance Journey Coordinator.
This role is not entry-level and requires a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and independence.
Important: Please Read Before Applying
This position requires:
- Prior professional work experience in customer service, sales, front desk, or administrative roles
- The ability to open and close the studio independently
- Strong reliability, judgment, and follow-through
If you are looking for a temporary role, your first job, or something casual, this will not be the right fit.
Schedule Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Availability Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
These are the hours our studio is open:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Applicants with conflicts during these times should not apply. We need someone available across all of these hours — not working every one of them, but free enough that we can schedule you across the week and call on you when a shift needs covering. This role is built for someone who wants consistent, substantial hours, not a few shifts here and there.
We also run studio events throughout the season, on weekend evenings and during the day. These are part of the job, not extras.
If you have standing commitments inside these windows — another job, school, anything recurring — this isn't the right position for you.
