️ Primary Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth as they arrive
Prep and cook food according to brand and health standards
Maintain knowledge of our rotating menu
Ensure food is cooked to guest preferences
Stock kitchen items and assist with biweekly food orders
Clean and sanitize kitchen, restaurant, and guest areas
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Respond professionally to guest concerns and help resolve issues
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Report maintenance or equipment issues to management
Deliver excellent guest service at all times
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Restaurant experience a plus ️
Hotel experience highly preferred
Guest service experience preferred
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player with professional communication skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Willing to learn and follow food safety laws and procedures
Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk up to 100% of the shift
Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
