We are looking for a full-time Audiologist to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a strong desire to impact the lives of our patients and a commitment to utilize best practices in a specialty ENT clinic.
We are a busy, full-service Otolaryngology practice with 3 ENT physicians, 3 Audiologists and an Audiology Assistant. Additionally, we have 2 Otologists that come to our office twice a month.
The ideal candidate has experience administering audiometric testing to all patient populations (including infants & pediatrics), CI experience, and desires to provide excellent, top-notch, diagnostic test results by getting to the bottom of the issue to obtain accurate, reliable results. Our ideal candidate also has experience working with hearing aids, utilizing Real-Ear measurements for best fit and strives to provide the highest level of patient care.

This individual understands the importance of balancing clinical excellence with sound business practices, takes an interest in department performance metrics, and actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiency, support growth, and ensure the long-term health of the practice.
Audiological Services Provided at our Office:
- Comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for adult and pediatric populations
- Counseling and educating patients on hearing loss and treatment options
- Hearing aid counseling, selection and dispensing, Real-Ear measurements, and service/repairs
- Electrophysiology and Vestibular assessments including pediatric ABR, neurodiagnostic ABR, VNG (oculomotor, positional, and caloric testing), ECOG, and OAEs
- Cochlear Implant & BAHA candidacy and programming
- Onsite collaboration between ENTs and audiologists for best patient care
- Maintaining accurate patient records utilizing our EMR and CounselEar
- Provide evidence-based best practices for our patients
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology degree (AuD)
- State Licensure
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize on the fly
- Experience with both diagnostic testing and hearing aid fitting preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
