- Leadership in the dining room by leading and guiding the dining team to demonstrate all four Core Values of Solera.
- Always exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization by being the prime example to other team members.
- Responsible for ensuring opening and closing procedures are met with high standards.
- Responsible for ensuring support is provided to team members.
- Provide training support when needed for FOH team members.
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and chef regarding any issue or dissatisfaction with meals/food.
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times.
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take orders, provide service, and fulfill requested items graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Serve resident meals in a timely manner and reset tables for the next meal.
- Serve room trays as needed for meals.
- Exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times.
- Ensure the dining room is fully staffed, operational, and stocked.
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service and assist with dishwashing.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Ensure knowledge of diets provided and serve correctly per policy and procedure.

- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Team player
- Reliable
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Required to receive the annual Flu vaccine, excluding religious or medical exemptions
