Position Summary
The Dishwasher/Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen. This position supports both the front and back of house by keeping equipment, dishes, and work areas clean and ready for service.
Ideal candidates are reliable, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position Expectations
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using the dish machine and handwashing as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout each shift
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, storage areas, and surfaces regularly
- Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations
- Unload and properly store deliveries
- Sweep and mop floors, especially after spills or breakages
- Empty trash, rinse garbage cans, and follow sanitation procedures
- Support kitchen and service staff as needed
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management immediately
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to go up and down stairs as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must complete a full application to be considered for employment
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
