The Construction Assistant Superintendent will be responsible to assist the Construction Manager with Daily tasks related to the construction of single family home projects.
The ideal candidate will have good skills in the following areas.
Math
General Computer software such as, Microsoft Office, Adobe
Good Mechanical Aptitude and the ability to use hand tools
General construction knowledge in the following areas
-Concrete
-Framing
-Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing
-Exterior finishes
-Material Estimating
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Must have a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
