Helping Hands Community Support Services (HHCSS) is looking to hire a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). We are seeking a personable candidates who can work at-least 15 - 25 hours per week, has day-time availability, feels comfortable having in-person sessions, and possess great communication skills (verbal and written). Please note that this is a community based position, and home visits will be required.
This is 1099 Contractual Fee for Service Position.
Responsibilities:
The Contractor will be required to perform the following services while under contract:
- Client Targeted Case Management Services
- Client Treatment Plans (Tx)
- Client Progress Notes/ Client Comments
- CANS/ ANSA Assessment
- Attend Clinical Supervision and Staff Meetings
- Ad Hoc Request
Job Requirements:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention; or RN.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
- Basic fundamental computer experience to process e-mail, client access, and documentation needs for insurance and billing purposes.
- Must be willing and able to pass a background check.
- 15-25 hours per week. Must be able to work a flexible shift to meet client’s needs with a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts.

Contractor Rate: $26.00 to $30.00 /hour
