Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, the CNA provides direct and non-direct patient care according to their scope of practice. Understands and reacts effectively to the unique needs of all patients. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care.
Education: Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry
Experience: Prior CNA experience preferred.
Certifications: CNA certification required. BLS Certification required (can obtain on the job)
Shift: Working 12 hour shifts, rotating holidays and weekend. Shifts are from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. OR 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift
