In this role, you'll work alongside experienced team members to assist customers, answer questions about AT&T products and services, and help create a smooth, positive customer experience. No previous industry experience is necessary—we provide hands-on training from day one.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Help customers learn about available AT&T products and service options.
- Answer general questions and provide support throughout the customer experience.
- Assist with account-related inquiries and basic service needs.
- Learn company procedures, product knowledge, and customer communication techniques through ongoing training.
- Work closely with team members to ensure an organized and positive work environment.
- Help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or similar roles is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,300.00 per month
