We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic beauty and wellness team. The Licensed Esthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demonstrations, and guest services to ensure an outstanding client experience. Compensation Starting base pay is 18.00 an hour plus commission on services and products, plus tips
Responsibilities
- Provide body waxing, sugaring, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other esthetic services.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Manage front desk duties such as guest check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling using salon software, and maintaining client records.
- Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance retail sales.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, special offers, and engage with the community.
- Stay current with industry trends.
- Assist with managing salon operations including inventory management and customer service excellence.
Skills
- Valid Esthetician License
- Experience with advanced esthetic procedures such body waxing and sugaring.
- Proficiency in salon management software.
- Strong social media management skills for marketing purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa or salon setting.
- Ability to perform Brazilian waxing and sugaring, tinting, and lash ligts. Makeup applicatiop and eyelash extensions are a bonus.
- Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products and conducting product demos.
