Position Summary
The Director of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and third-party logistics. This hands-on leader will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels while building scalable processes to support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement, purchasing, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL operations.

Manage supply chain performance, budgets, KPIs, and customer service metrics.

Oversee third-party logistics providers, warehousing partners, and transportation networks.

Drive forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning activities.

Ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational controls.

Support warehouse automation and distribution infrastructure initiatives.

Lead supply chain involvement in ERP implementation and system transformation projects.

Develop scalable processes, capabilities, and talent to support ongoing growth.
Qualifications

Progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, CPG, distribution, or related industries.

Strong background in logistics, demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Experience managing third-party logistics and distribution networks.

ERP system implementation expertise; SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

Proven ability to operate independently, solve problems, and drive results in fast-paced environments.

Food, perishables, cold storage, or temperature-controlled supply chain experience is highly preferred.
