Well, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Milk Jelli is hiring for a Part Time Assistant Manager at our NEW Cherry Creek Mall location! We are seeking an individual who is dedicated and hard working, with an eye for detail and loves sales and who also wants to expand their knowledge in an ever growing environment, and assist the Store Manager in leading a small but vibrant team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company standards
- Upsell products and promote current sales or promotions
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
- Assist Store Manager in managing team members and upholding all policies and procedures.
- Take part in store events, requiring you to be hands on with clients and products.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in retail, customer service and sales.
- Assistant Manager or Shift Lead Experience.
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate related equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and displays
- Bilingual appreciated
- Beauty/Skincare Experience appreciated.
- Must have SOME weekend availability

Experience:
Previous experience of 1 year as an assistant manager is required-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers- Ability to retain product knowledge in an expanding environment- Basic knowledge of store management principles, including inventory management and visual merchandising- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment- Sales management skills to drive sales and meet targets- Leadership skills to supervise and guide team members when necessary
