Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dependable Apprentice Service Electrician to join our service team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with lead service technicians on residential and light commercial jobs—handling troubleshooting, electrical service panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting installs, EV charger setups, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Support: Assist Lead Service Technicians with troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in homes and businesses.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Learn to use diagnostic equipment (multimeters, circuit analyzers, wire tracers) to locate electrical issues accurately.
- Installations: Assist with panel upgrades, subpanels, breaker replacements, light fixtures, outlets/switches, EV chargers, and generator hookups.
- Safety & Code Compliance: Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) and strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards, utilizing proper PPE at all times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners and property managers, maintaining a clean workspace and leaving job sites cleaner than you found them.
- Vehicle & Inventory Management: Help keep service vans stocked, organized, and prepared for daily service calls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License/Certification: Active Electrical Apprentice Card/License (or eligible to register immediately).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on electrical experience OR completion of a recognized trade school program.
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, safe driving record.
- Tools: Possession of basic hand tools (lineman pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measure, digital multimeter, etc.).
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, maneuver in attics/crawlspaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Punctual, strong work ethic, keen willingness to learn, and professional communication skills.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
