Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity
- Prospect daily to generate leads and build a consistent client pipeline
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
- Market properties using digital campaigns, MLS, open houses, and social media strategies
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing terms
- Deliver a strong client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with peers, leadership, and coaching resources to grow your business

Requirements:
Active real estate license in Idaho
- Previous sales or client service experience preferred but not required
