Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Associate Valiant Branch Incorporated
Valiant Branch Incorporated is hiring Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Associates for full-time, in-person positions in the Mishawaka area. Our team works inside established retail locations supporting customer service, customer interaction, and day-to-day retail operations for nationally recognized brands.
We are seeking dependable and professional individuals who enjoy working with people in a retail environment. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with general questions and product information inside retail locations
- Provide professional customer support during customer interactions
- Support in-store customer service and promotional activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Participate in ongoing training and daily team meetings
- Follow company and retail partner procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation preferred

Compensation
Hourly pay with weekly compensation. Compensation is based on experience, position responsibilities, and interview evaluation. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
