About Carnivero
Carnivero is a specialty plant nursery focused on carnivorous and other extraordinary plants. We operate across e-commerce, live sales, and in-person retail.
Our mission is to inspire wonder and appreciation of nature through exceptional plants. We rely on careful, consistent fulfillment to make sure our customers receive the right plants, in excellent condition, and on time.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Fulfillment Lead to help coordinate the daily execution of our online order fulfillment operation.

The Fulfillment Lead will also coordinate limited production and inventory of packaged products, such as soil mixes and other fulfillment-related products.
This position is ideal for a strong individual contributor who wants the opportunity to prove their leadership ability and grow into greater responsibility.
Previous management experience is not required. Plant knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Growth Opportunity
This position is designed as a pathway into greater leadership responsibility at Carnivero.
We are looking for someone who can become an excellent Fulfillment Lead and demonstrate the ability to organize work, maintain high standards, develop teammates, and solve day-to-day operational problems.
A successful Fulfillment Lead may have the opportunity to advance into a Fulfillment Supervisor role with greater responsibility for leading Carnivero's fulfillment operation.
Advancement is based on demonstrated performance and leadership ability—not simply tenure.
