Full-Time Team Members will go through a comprehensive cross-training of all departments within the operation of the café. This position is for applicants available 36+ hours per week.
Weekend availability is required for all Team Members
Responsibilities include:

Keep workspace, tools, equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitized.

Taking customer's orders
- Running food and drink orders

Bussing and pre-bussing tables
-
Daily and weekly prep tasks for all departments

Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
-
Evaluating quality of ingredients and prepared food/beverages
-
Cleaning and stocking of all food and drink service ware
-
General maintenance of dish area and kitchen
-
Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

Opening and closing all café departments

Working the line (assembling orders)

After completion of Barista Training Program, Full-Time team members will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and cocktails.
