Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful planning, scheduling, and management of construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate between project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and cost control will be vital in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed project schedules using Builder Trend software
- Coordinate daily activities across multiple construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with super intendants, designers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project costs through builder trend budget
- Manage contract documentation, change orders, and procurement processes
- Manage all design documentation
- Order all materials and manage the logistics
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong experience in construction scheduling, project coordination, and materials procurement
- Expertise in construction estimating, cost control, contract administration, and time management practices.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
