Quakertown Christian School is located just south of Quakertown, PA. QCS is a Kindergarten through 12th grade school whose mission is to "Equip students to be leaders through an exceptional education within a culture emphasizing Christ-like love, peacemaking, and service." We are seeking a passionate Fourth Grade Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in teaching, a commitment to student success, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching styles. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, providing individualized instruction, and assessing student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Work with students in areas of Biblical Worldview and critical and biblical thinking.
- Create a positive learning environment for students.
- Maintain student records and track progress.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement lessons.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback on performance.
- Use technology to enhance instruction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
