We are looking for a hands-on Technology & Systems Technician to help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the electronic, computer, network, and low-voltage systems across multiple golf, fitness, and entertainment facilities.
This is not a traditional desk IT position. The right person needs to be comfortable working with computers, networking equipment, cameras, TVs, golf technology, simulators, Toptracer bays, POS equipment, audio/video systems, printers, tablets, access control, cabling, and other electronic systems used throughout the business.
The main goal of this position is to keep systems working reliably and to fix problems permanently, not just temporarily get things running
Responsibilities include:
-Maintain and troubleshoot Toptracer range systems, including bay equipment, network connections, displays, tablets, and related hardware
- Support golf simulators and other entertainment technology
- Troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, tablets, TVs, cameras, network switches, routers, access points, and low-voltage equipment
- Diagnose wiring, connection, power, and communication issues- Repair or replace bad cables, connectors, mounts, devices, and hardware
- Run, terminate, label, and organize network or low-voltage cabling as needed- Help support POS systems, bar/restaurant technology, office computers, and facility equipment- Identify recurring problems and create long-term fixes
- Keep basic records of repairs, equipment changes, passwords, IP addresses, and system layouts- Work independently across multiple properties
- Communicate clearly when equipment needs replacement, parts need ordered, or outside support is required Ideal candidate:
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable with networking basics, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, IP addresses, and connected devices
- Comfortable working with hand tools, ladders, cable, connectors, mounts, and electronic equipment
- Able to figure out unfamiliar systems without needing step-by-step instructions- Willing to work in golf, fitness, restaurant, outdoor, mechanical, and entertainment environments- Takes pride in fixing the root cause of a problem
- Reliable, honest, and able to manage time without being micromanaged
