**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. For our 2nd shift running 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. $3.00 shift differential pay. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication along with the ability to read and understand blueprints.
**Responsibilities:**
- Fabricating and assembling parts
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Ensure proper set up and maintenance of welding equiptment for maximum efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality welds that meet technical specifications.
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues and determine solutions.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in welding
- Strong ability to read and interpret blue prints
