Customer Service Representative (Commercial Printing)
We're looking for someone who takes pride in making customers' lives easier.
This isn't a call center position, and it isn't simply answering phones. You'll become a trusted resource for businesses that rely on us to produce everything from business cards and brochures to signs, banners, mailings, and custom marketing materials.
You don't need to know everything about printing on day one. We will teach you our products, processes, and capabilities. What we can't teach is genuine care for customers, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers choose the right print products for their needs.
- Working with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Managing multiple customer projects from quote through delivery.
- Coordinating with production to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Learning our products, equipment, and capabilities so you can confidently guide customers.
- Building lasting relationships with repeat customers.
What we're looking for:
Required
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to learn technical information quickly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change throughout the day.
Preferred
- Experience in commercial printing, signs, graphic arts, marketing, or another custom manufacturing environment.
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or account management.
