Description
The position objective of a warehouse person is to be the face of MacAllister CAT to those customers needing parts for their equipment. The successful candidate would process parts orders in a timely manner to provide quality and speedy service.
With direction and supervision, you will:

Pick and pack orders

Manage stocks/inventory
-
Receive and inspect remanufactured parts

Accept and process any parts returns

Managing the shipping and receiving, including the planning of routes of shipment

Advise customers on products, any updates, and any policies, procedures and programs as necessary

Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts)
- Maintain a clean working area as per MacAllister CAT policies
To be considered for this position you should have:

Minimum completion of High School Diploma

Previous experience of 1-2 years working in a parts/stocks department within a retail organization

Strong customer support and communication skills to work face to face with customers and internal staff

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to navigate stock management software
Nice to have:
-
Previous experience utilizing supply chain management software to manage inventory and track orders
-
Formal training/certification in operation of forklift
