American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position requiring EPIC and neonatal experience along with Oregon RCP licensure.

Critical access medical center setting
-
Respiratory/Pulmonary department providing basic and critical respiratory care services
-
Adult and geriatric patient population with respiratory disease
-
Uses EPIC EMR - experience required
-
Night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
-
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from NBRC
-
Oregon State Respiratory Therapist and Polysomnographic (RT-P) license required - license required if applicable

BLS certification required
-
ACLS certification required
-
NRP certification preferred, neonatal experience required

PALS certification preferred
-
Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Three years' technical experience preferred
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required, with recent experience within the last 3 months
-
EPIC experience must be documented in employment history
-
Assess and document appropriateness of prescribed respiratory therapy for patients
-
Administer aerosol and oxygen therapy while maintaining charts
-
Draw arterial blood gases per policy and physician order
-
Provide care to ventilator patients
-
Assist in department record keeping and participate in training and supervision of new employees
-
Document care given and generate necessary charge and record documentation
-
Ability to work independently as well as maintain supervision over others as delegated

Local candidates accepted with no radius rule; local rates are the same as travel rates
