Job Title: Flex Security Officer (Unarmed) – Full Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Waco, TX
Pay Rate: $15.42 per hour
Schedule: Flex Officer | Must have open to covering vacations and call offs

We are hiring a Flex Security Officer in Waco, TX.
This position focuses on access control, observing and reporting, and conducting patrols to help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have open availability
-
Weekend availability required
-
Texas Security Guard License preferred (or must be willing to obtain)

Previous security experience preferred

Strong observation, reporting, and customer service skills
Responsibilities

Monitor access control points, verifying authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and deliveries

Conduct foot or mobile patrols of the facility and surrounding property
-
Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior or safety hazards

Write incident reports and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs)

Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders

Log inbound and outbound traffic as required

Respond to incidents and provide assistance when needed
