RN – Case Manager | Day Shift | $48/hr | 13-Week Contract
Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for a 13-week contract assignment.
Position Details:
- Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Shift Length: 8.5 Hours
- Hours: 40 Expected Hrs/Week
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85015
- Unit: Case Management
- Pay Rate: $48/hour
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of RN Case Manager Experience
- Active RN State License
- BLS Certification
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization review preferred
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Immunization Records
- Driver's License or State ID
