Flatbread Queen Inc. Bolani is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in high- quality filled flatbreads and other food products. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, professional, and people-oriented Costco Roadshow Sales Manager to represent our company at Costco locations.
This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Costco roadshow, interacting with Costco members and management, maintaining a professional sales environment, and making sure all Costco and Flatbread Queen food-safety requirements are followed.
Position Summary
The Costco Roadshow Sales Manager will serve as the main person responsible for the roadshow while on-site. The successful candidate must be dependable, arrive early and prepared, communicate professionally with Costco management, provide excellent customer service, and make sure the team and demonstration area operate safely and efficiently.
This is an excellent position for someone who is organized, energetic, comfortable speaking with customers, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Costco roadshow.
- Arrive early and fully prepared before the demonstration begins.
- Make sure all employees arrive on time and are ready to work.
- Represent Flatbread Queen/Bolani in a professional and positive manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage Costco members in a friendly, respectful way.
- Explain our products, ingredients, preparation, and product benefits to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling according to Costco requirements.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with Costco managers and employees.
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Costco management.
- Follow all Costco policies, procedures, and roadshow requirements.
- Follow all Flatbread Queen food-safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper food handling, temperature control, sanitation, handwashing, glove use,
- and cleaning procedures.
- Follow all applicable food-safety regulations and company requirements.
- Make sure the demonstration area remains clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the event.
- Monitor product inventory and communicate when additional product or supplies are needed.
- Help coordinate product transportation, setup, breakdown, and storage.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required roadshow paperwork.
- Monitor employee performance and address problems professionally.
- Report customer feedback, operational issues, product concerns, and Costco management feedback to Flatbread Queen.
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
- Make sure the roadshow is properly closed down at the end of each day.
- Travel and drive to different Costco locations as required.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move product, equipment, and supplies as required.
Food Safety Responsibilities
Food safety is a critical responsibility of this position.
The Roadshow Sales Manager must ensure that all food is handled safely and that employees follow both Flatbread Queen's food-safety procedures and Costco's food-safety requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Proper handwashing and personal hygiene.
- Proper glove use and changing of gloves when required.
- Preventing cross-contamination.
- Maintaining proper product temperatures.
- Proper handling and storage of food.
- Keeping equipment and demonstration areas clean and sanitary.
- Following allergen-control procedures.
- Following Costco sampling and food-handling requirements.
- Reporting any food-safety concern immediately.
- Never knowingly serving product that does not meet food-safety requirements.
- Completing required food-safety and sanitation documentation.
Failure to follow food-safety procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
