Tow Truck Driver — Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-oriented Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates effectively, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Prior towing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Flatbed and Wheel Lift tow trucks to transport vehicles.
- Provide professional, friendly, and reliable customer service.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Properly secure and transport vehicles while minimizing the risk of damage.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Valid Chauffeur's Permit/License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
- Towing experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
- Time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours per week
