Twin City Staffing is hiring an operations manager for a growing recycling facility. Location: Rogers, MN
Wage: $55,000 - $75,000/year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3:30 pm

Duties of the operations manager:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, material flow, and outbound shipments to ensure efficient production
- Coordinate truck deliveries, inventory, purchasing, and shipping while maintaining accurate operational records
- Lead warehouse staff, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Collaborate to improve productivity, logistics, and overall facility operations
Requirements of the operations manager:
- Previous operations, warehouse, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory, or recycling operations preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment while leading by example
