Job Responsibilities
Flexible Support: Cover breaks, absences, and transitions to keep all classrooms operational.
Daily Care: Assist with meals, snacks, nap time, bathroom assistance, and diapering.
Safety & Supervision: Maintain active supervision to ensure a safe environment for all children.
Educational Help: Support lead teachers in carrying out lesson plans and facilitating learning activities.
Classroom Upkeep: Clean and sanitize toys, materials, and learning areas.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain state-required training, orientation, and background checks for Tennessee childcare licensure.
What We Offer
Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour based on region, education, and experience

Requirements
Must be 18 years old
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Ability to work with children in a fast-paced environment
