```Duties```
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment and techniques
- Safely secure vehicles to the tow truck to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including vehicle information and services provided
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or questions
- CHP Experience a plus
```Skills```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Must be able to pass drug test and Background check
-Accept dispatched jobs digitally
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Proficient in operating a tow truck and using towing equipment
- Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and ability to operate them
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely using proper techniques
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
