Production Supervisor / General Foreman – Fabrication & Machining
Own the floor. Set the standard. Drive production.
Rosenberg, TX | Direct Hire • Full-Time • On-Site | $90–100K
Are you the general foreman other shops try to hold onto — the one who reads a floor, heads off the bottleneck before it hits, and gets every crew pulling the same direction, safely and on schedule? A well-established and growing specialty manufacturer in the Rosenberg, TX area is hiring a Production Supervisor (internally titled General Foreman) to take ownership of its fabrication, welding, and machining operation. This is a direct-hire leadership seat with real authority, a skilled team to build, and a company actively investing in its Rosenberg facility — not a caretaker role, but the person who sets the standard for how the shop runs. You’ll report directly to the Manufacturing Director.
