Duties
- Engage with customers to promote and sell flooring
- Demonstrate product features and conduct effective product demos
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and orders
- Apply basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements
- Previous experience in flooring settings is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
