Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure construction projects meet specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and stay organized.
- Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
- A strong background in construction management, including construction estimating and budgeting.
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics.
- A hands-on approach to construction, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to ensuring all projects are completed safely and within budget.
