Front Desk Administrator — Chiropractic / Medical Office
South Florida Injury Centers is a well-established chiropractic practice focused on providing professional, patient-centered care in a calm, organized, and supportive environment.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented front desk administrator who takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly and who is comfortable working independently. This is an important role in a small medical office where professionalism, consistency, and clear communication matter.
About the Role
This position supports the daily front-desk operations of the practice, including patient communication, scheduling, administrative organization, and general office workflow.
At times, you may be the primary administrative presence in the office, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable taking initiative, following written procedures, and managing responsibilities without constant supervision.
As the practice grows, responsibilities will be shared across the team, with a focus on clear systems, collaboration, and continued improvement.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits
- Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with basic office administration
- Maintain organized records and support daily office workflow
- Follow written procedures and help keep the office running efficiently
- Proactively identify small improvements that support organization and patient service
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Prior front desk or administrative experience required
- Medical office experience preferred
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a small office setting
- Able to follow written procedures and communicate professionally
