Cunningham’s of Edinboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who want to make good money without giving up their nights and weekends.
Our Service Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
No Saturdays. No Sundays. No late nights.
We offer a guaranteed 40 hours of flat-rate pay every week—but we're especially interested in productive technicians who consistently turn more than 40 hours and want to be rewarded for it.
If you're efficient, do quality work the first time, and know how to turn hours, our pay structure is designed for you.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Guaranteed 40 hours of flat-rate pay every week
- Turn 36 hours? You're still paid for 40.
- Turn 45+ hours and receive a higher flat-rate hourly rate, retroactive to ALL hours turned that week.
- Turn 49+ hours and receive another retroactive hourly increase.
- Starting flat-rate of $20–$35+ per hour, based on experience, certifications, and proven productivity.
- Additional earning potential for experienced, high-producing technicians.
- Excellent medical insurance.
- 6 paid holidays per year.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- Service Department closes at 5:00 PM.
- No weekends. Ever.
What does the retroactive bump mean?
If you hit the next productivity tier, the higher rate doesn't just apply to the extra hours—it applies retroactively to every flat-rate hour you turned that week.
The more productive you are, the more every hour is worth.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate is an experienced technician who:
- Takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time.
- Can consistently turn 40+ flat-rate hours per week.
- Wants the opportunity to turn 45, 50, 55+ hours without having to work nights or weekends.
- Is dependable, efficient, and works well as part of a team.
- Has Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram experience or MOPAR certifications — strongly preferred, but NOT required.
REQUIRED
- Valid PA State Inspection License
- Valid PA Emissions License
- Your own professional tools and toolbox
MOPAR certification is a major plus, but we are absolutely willing to consider experienced technicians from other manufacturers or independent shops.
