Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive our business expansion by connecting with potential clients and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through lead generated outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Present our Multiple roofing packages
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Jobber to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness in target markets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within roofing sales, construction sales, or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching diverse customer bases
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a competitive landscape
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques is a plus
