Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to recipe standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and helping deliver a great guest experience through quality food and teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial kitchen experience required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation/health regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to stoop, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - assist the Kitchen Leader in all areas including
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items using pizza ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow plating, presentation, and garnish standards for all dishes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
- Assist in daily prep work and ensure portion sizes and cooking methods meet standards
- Stock and rotate products properly to support smooth service periods
- Close kitchen according to checklist and maintain organization
- Attend scheduled meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement
- Oversee dish area and monitor dishwasher as needed
- Complete daily paperwork, prep lists, and event prep planning alongside Kitchen Leader
- Oversee buffet setup and teardown
- Perform additional duties as assigned
COMPENSATION
- $18-20/hour
- 1 complimentary meal per shift
- 1 complimentary drink per shift

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
