Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and qualify leads
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
- Manage and update customer information within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate and current data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize engagement
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and guiding prospects through the sales process
- Assist in the adoption of sales technology tools, including sales automation platforms, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Close deals by negotiating terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or telemarketing within a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
- Technical sales experience or background in technology products/services is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Demonstrated success in business development activities, including lead qualification and deal closing
- Experience with sales automation technologies and CRM software to enhance productivity and tracking
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client communication and relationship building
