Job Overview
The Inventory Replenishment Analyst is responsible for supporting inventory replenishment by monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely product availability while minimizing inventory costs. This role works closely with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Warehouse, and overseas suppliers to support the company's inventory and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements
- Analyze sales trends, inventory status, and demand forecasts
- Create and manage purchase orders with overseas suppliers
- Track production schedules and shipment status
- Follow up on supplier lead times and on-time deliveries
- Support inventory planning for company branches nationwide
- Prepare inventory reports and recommend inventory improvements
- Maintain accurate purchasing data in the ERP system
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience in purchasing, inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain is preferred
- Import or wholesale distribution experience is a plus
- Furniture industry experience is a plus
- Recent graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
