About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining high production standards by verifying the integrity of complex assemblies. You will utilize your technical expertise in precision measurement and root cause analysis to ensure every product meets rigorous quality benchmarks before reaching the final stage.
Responsibilities-
Execute detailed inspections and functional testing of sub-assemblies and finished units to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform complex rework and repairs on assemblies, leveraging your technical knowledge to restore product integrity.

Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects, documenting findings to drive process improvements and prevent future failures.

Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy against blueprints.

Apply the Four-Level Defect Grading System to proactively identify, report, and resolve material or process discrepancies.

Manage equipment set-ups and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical procedure manuals.

Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating measurements and volume.

Demonstrated ability to use precision inspection tools and perform troubleshooting.

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or product testing environments.

Working knowledge of GD&T principles and quality control data analysis.

Experience working with composite materials and specialized repair techniques.
