What YOU Will Do:

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel, natural gas, and propane generators to ensure reliable performance and compliance with safety standards

Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics on engines, electrical systems, control panels, and transfer switches to minimize downtime

Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot

Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth

Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves

Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism
What We Need from YOU:
-
3+ years of experience with generators
-
Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred)
-
Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
-
Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures
-
Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen

Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
