Activities Assistant Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities programs for residents, including social events, recreational activities, and therapeutic programs
Develop and maintain relationships with residents to understand their interests and preferences, and tailor activities to meet their needs
Coordinate and lead activities, such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and entertainment programs
Collaborate with the activities director to develop and implement activity plans, including budgeting and scheduling
Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules
Support the activities department in other tasks, as needed
