Summary
Were looking for a driven, service-minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. Youll be the go-to for your clientsensuring properties look their best, problems are solved fast and opportunities for improvement are always on the radar.
Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and contract compliance

Identify issues and propose solutions related to turf, plants and tree health
-
Develop and sell enhancements to improve property value, safety and appearance

Coordinate with operations teams to deliver timely, high-quality service

Handle renewals, upsells and help grow client relationships

Create estimates and proposals for new and existing properties
Requirements
-
3+ years in landscape account management or related field
-
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
-
Confidence in upselling and business development
-
Knowledge of commercial landscaping and horticulture best practices

Valid drivers license
-
Familiarity with Aspire Landscape Software suite

Report to Fort Mill location
